Cupcake Challenge #15

Sorry I'm late to the celebration, but HAPPY CUPCAKE DAY anyway! This week has been absolutely crazy and hectic and left little time for blogging, but I sincerely appreciate each one of you who stops by here to check on me! Once again I must be brief, but I have another sketch for you to try this weekend. I want to challenge you to get out your patterned papers (or stamp several patterns yourself!) for this sketch. I found several coordinating sheets of SEI patterned paper in my stash along with an image that I had previously colored with my Prismacolor pencils to match. Since the image was already colored, this card came together in a flash. I decided to layer a little bit of Copic marker on the already colored image... I just couldn't help myself! The image and sentiment are from Lockhart Stamp Company. I added heart shaped adhesive rhinestones for the cherries and Swarovski crystals in each scallop. I picked up the ribbon at my local scrapbook store. I put scallops on the sketch, but any sort of border behind the image will suffice... get creative!
