Enjoy the Cupcakes

Can you handle cupcakes two days in a row!? We all know tomorrow is Cupcake Friday, but I couldn't resist inking up this cute Kim Hughes cupcake today. The cupcake and sentiment are from the Baked with Love set at Cornish Heritage Farms. I paper pieced the frosting with a some scraps of Heidi Swapp patterned paper leftover from the Valentine project I made for Jon. The cupcake bottoms are colored with Copic markers and I added Soft Pink rhinestones for the cherries. The images and sentiment are popped up on 1/8" foam tape over the last of the remaining Heidi Swapp patterned paper scrap. I used my Fiskars threading water punch along the bottom and tied some wide organdy polka dot layered with American Crafts red polka dot ribbon. I've been hoarding this adorable cupcake charm that my friend Bevie Pearl gave me a long time ago. I finally found the perfect card to use it on! Thanks for stopping by today! I'll see you again tomorrow for some more cupcakes and another sketch challenge. Hope you all have a wonderful day!
